One Note Class notebook will not sync.

I am having issues with my Class Notebook. It will not sync, and no matter what I try, I get the message "Saved, to an offline location (error)" (lagret til offline plassering - NO). Tried accessing it through Teams, online version, but to no avail.  As the administrator of the notebook, everything looks in order, but my changes are not visible to anyone else.

Suggestions?

    Thanks for sharing your experience in our community.

    As for your OneNote sync issue, we’ll try our best to help you, so here are some steps and you may have a try to see the result:

    1. Ensure you have a good network connectivity for your computer, you can switch another WiFi or a mobile hot spot. (because you got the offline error, I assume you might try another network.)
    2. If you have any proxy and firewall, try to turn them off and check it again.
    3. Force OneNote to sync the affected notebook, for OneNote 2016, click File> Info> View Sync Status> click Sync Now to sync the related notebook.
    4. Please make sure usethe latest version and see the result.

    Meanwhile, please notice only when all notes are synced to OneNote online that all changes are visible to others.

    In addition, you can also follow the troubleshooting steps from Fix issues when you can't sync OneNote.

    If the problem persists, we would like to confirm the information below:

    1. Which OneNote are you using? There are two kinds of OneNote, you can check this reference. And what’s your current OneNote version? Please provide the screenshot of the it.
    2. Could you provide the screenshot of error message?
    3. May I know all notebooks or just this specific notebook(section/ page) encounters the sync issue?
