A student is claiming that three of his answers (multiple choice) were changed after he submitted his exam.

I told him that maybe he knew the answer but clicked on the wrong choice by accident, he told me that it could be possible once, but not three times, and, I agree. He said that usually while taking a test, they click around the page, and that he believes that by clicking on empty spaces next to a text could make Forms to change his answer to the one on the row where he clicked.

He honestly believes that his answers were changed, so I'm asking, could it be possible?

I still think that he clicked on the wrong choice, but, is it possible that maybe he clicked on a text by accident and it got changed?

He answered through the PC app.

    Hi Eloy,

Thanks for your post on the community forum. I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

In the quiz form, each question has a fixed width defined, and the same goes with options. When moving cursor next to the option text or blank area, you still see a little hyperlink hand icon to make a selection.

It is advised that you make a selection carefully and review your answers before submitting.

    Regards

    Nik
