"Sorry Something went wrong" msg while download/ view the attached assignment in .pdf/.png/.doc/.docx since Sept 2020 . Need urgent help

Let me explain very neatly.

I can able to login to Teams App in Windows and Web . I can able to view the Assignment tab .

But I can not able to download or view online or view in Teams , any attached assignment those are mostly in .doc / .docx / .png/ .jpeg /.pdf format.

Let me clarify this as well . I am able to access the same assignments by logging into Mobile and Tablet devices. Hence, it shouldn't be a permission issue. Also firewall is disabled for the system and also let me tell you, prior to Sept Month ( not remember the exact date), i can able to access the same on the very same system both on Windows app and Web without any issue.

Request you to look into the issue on urgent basis.

So in this case, I'm Non-Microsoft Staff I don't have access to your account nor I'm authorized to do so. I hope we can have a mutual understanding from the beginning to prevent misunderstanding.

I've experienced the same issue in the past, it could be just an intermittent issue with the MS team on the computer hence you get different results between MS Team on your phone and on the computer.

Could you please reach out to your teacher and ask him/her to edit the assignment (see screenshot) then upload the assignment files to OneDrive instead as explained in the following article: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/for...

If not possible to do so then the only way to open it, only by using a mobile device.
