Issue with attachments under assignment

I have an issue with attachments under assignment. My child's profile got recently updated with surname and since then I have an issue with opening previous attachments and uploading new ones. The page gets stuck while opening attachments of completed assignments. When I try to upload new files I get an error "There was a problem attaching this file. Please remove and try again". Have tried all possible options of clearing cache, cookies, uninstalled & reinstalled teams still no luck.
