Settings that allow owner to delete all messages is checked however, messages in a standard channel cannot be deleted, keep receiving delete failed message. What am I missing?

I don't have admin rights in our tenant but, this is not a problem in other Teams or channels
Can you try to create a Team policy as a test, which allow team owners to delete all messages?

Tried both versions, renaming the channel, checking and unchecking the owners can delete setting, restarting the app, closing browser and clearing history and cache, ...
