Auto Attendant, answer before menu?

Hello,

Is it possible to setup the teams auto attendant, so that it rings a few times, and the operator has a chance to answer the call to speak/transfer manually, before going to the automated menu system that is set on the auto attendant?

I know you can set it so they press 0 to speak to the operator, and then assign a person in the org., but it is possible to have it go straight to the operator first, before the menu?

    I think set it up a Call Queue for your request would be better.

    In that way the phone rings first, somebody answer the phone and if nobody answer the phone at certain time the call gets redirect to the Auto Attendance, see:
