Microsoft Teams drop in session for multiple users

Hi, I'm looking to set up a bi-weekly drop in Q+A session. I'd like to make this available for anyone in the business (5000+ people). The leadership team who will be answering the questions have a time slot they can dedicate to this.

I've looked at the option of people booking appointments within this time slot but we need to be able to have more than one person attending the Q+A's at a time as the answers may be useful for all.

How do I do this in the most efficient way for everyone?
