Teams Classroom assignment feedback

Hi there,

I am having the same issue with comments posting on Teams. I posted an assignment, students submitted it, I graded it online using the build in feedback option, and in the MS word document using the review tab and add comment option, and nothing is viewable to students. With over 90 students, this is obviously a concern!

As per this thread, I use Firefox for Teams; I originally used the online version, but then switched to the desktop app and tried reposting it. 

However, I am working on a Mac. This is what the post looks like:

It doesn't say "Post all". 

In addition, when I look at the document I uploaded as a test student, I cannot view the test comment or see a grade.

Hi Christine LaRubio,

To further investigate the issue, please perform the following options.

1. The first thing need to confirm is can you see the feedbacks by yourself after saving?
2. Please re-create a test class with test students and check if the issue persists. This is check whether the issue is related to specific classes.
3. Please contact your admin to look up in the SHD (Service Health Dashboard) to check if there is related reports.
4. The detailed version of Microsoft teams. You can check it by clicking your avatar on the bottom left corner>About>Version.

About the Word issue, may I ask how long have you been encountering it?

And please provide the detailed version of Teams as my first post said so I can test it on my side.

Hi Leo,

So I made a test class and I was able to post feedback and see it. However, I am not sure how to see comments that I post in the review option of MS Word. Do you know how to do this? I used the edit function in MS Word. I think this should be disabled if there is no way for students to see them. I spent a lot of time making comments that would be helpful and now feel like it was futile since they can't be seen.

Back to the original issue: I see feedback in the test class but not in the real classes.
