Create a SQL Database in Azure App Service

Hi

When I select ceate a SQL Database option and select new in Database server row of the "Azure SQL Database Dreate New" 

For all selection of items of the "Location"; I get the message

"This location does not support your subscription type. choose a different location". As shown below

I have a credit in my Azure account of £150 almost $200
