Why is the shuffle question box grayed out when I make a quiz?

Hi dimoredo,

Thank you for posting your question in this community. From your description, you found that Shuffle question option is greyed out when you are creating a Quiz.

Generally, Shuffle question option is greyed out is caused by the Branching option.

If you apply Branching options in your quiz.

 

The Shuffle question will be greyed out.
