    mmm so if you are able to open the files using the Teams App version you should have an issue with the Teams Client version and no the files were move... try to sign out from the Teams App version and then sign in again

    Hi SkypperG, thanks for the advice. I've tried using the web version. It did solve the problem. But im using a old laptop, so using web version is kinda lag for me. So i only choose to use the app version. Is there any way i can replace the file which is moved to a wrong place?

    it is looks like files were moved to another place. try to access through Teams on web: teams.microsoft.com

    Check if you have the same behavior. if you do please contact with any other member in the group channel and ask if he/she has access to the files.
