Microsoft Teams Exploratory: problem when signing-in/-up other users in our organization

Hello,

We have a new email domain with GoDaddy and the package is just the "essentials" Office365 access (i.e Outlook without the other apps).

When I (as an Admin) went to sign-up for the free version of Teams, I got a notification that I and my organization would get free access through the Microsoft Teams Exploratory. So, I (Admin account) now have Teams for free.... yea!!!....

...BUT... when I went to try to get the other users in our organization to sign-in/up for Teams, we keep getting a "You're missing out. Ask your Admin to enable Teams for @(our domain)". As the Admin for our domain, I have no idea what to do to get our other users to have access to Teams. Went through GoDaddy Help Chat and they have no idea what to do either.

Help...please!

Would you mind sharing with me the screenshot that see after login on https://admin.microsoft.com/? Please use your admin account to login on Microsoft 365 Admin portal.

Please be advised that this is peer to peer forum and as a community advisor(not Microsoft staff), I don’t have access to your account.

But, I can help you with details available and help.

    Hi Nik,

Unfortunately this one wasn't successful. After signing-in, that link takes me to the GoDaddy admin portal, whose layout doesn't provide me with that info.

Fingers crossed you won't advise me to contact GoDaddy, because I've been down a similar road before and they will send me back to ask you guys @Microsoft.

Really hoping you'll be able to provide me with some further assistance.

    Cheers!

    Hi DownsviewPark,

You could find product expiration by these steps:

In the admin center, go to the Billing > Your products page https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/s...

    Regards

    Nik

In order to get your user access on Teams, please assign the Office 365 licence and enable the Team service app in the Admin center:

    Hi Nik,

Followed the Azure AD admin center link and worked my way through there to assign the licenses ... worked like a charm.... THANK YOU, NIK!

Just a quick follow-up question from this, is there any way to check when this Microsoft Teams Exploratory License will expire?

    Regards
