Teams "block" homework

Hello, Is it possible, in Teams, to temporarily block (make non-accessible) assignments that have been assigned (eg evening and weekend)? I am a primary school teacher and since some tasks that I send to my students must be done only in class, I am looking for how to manage this so that the students are not able to go to work on certain assignments (Assessments among other things) from home . Thank you

    I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

    Currently, temporarily blocking assignment is not available in MS Teams. However, you can edit assignment and extend due date to extended time which will allow you to release an assignment later.

    I do think the feature to blocking/hold temporarily assignment is important for teachers that allow them to release assignment when you are ready.
