Using TEAMS for interviews

How do I schedule an interview separate from all other interviews but keep the interview team constant.  My thinking is to schedule the committee for the entire time needed and then in a separate meeting schedule each person for their particular time and then the committee can let them join as needed...also I am only setting these meeting up and need to give control to  the committee chair  Thanks in advance for your help !
