Teams - Lists issue - JSON Formatting

Dears

We recently found that when you change an element in a SharePoint list from a Teams group, you temporarily lose the header JSON formatting... Reloading the tab returns the formatting of the header.

Doing the same operation in the same list but directly from SharePoint website, there are no problems.

Is it a bug known by Microsoft?

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

According to description you are facing an issue with missing header JSON formatting when editing an item in Teams group. I have tried to reproduce the same behavior on my side, but I didn’t meet the same issue when changed an item in the list. Please check the screenshots below:

To narrow down the source of this issue, please share some additional information with us:

  • Do all users encounter this behavior?
  • Does this issue apply to all lists or only specific one?
  • Can you please share the screenshots?

I may also suggest you post to SharePoint Tech community in case this issue applied to a JSON code. The members and engineers in this community have more resources and test environment to find the related  to coding.

i should solved with the temporary solution below:

turning off the sync for the list in List Settings > Advanced Settings > Set Offline client availability to No.
