Microsoft Teams Shifts App Export Problem

Hello, 

Please help! I am using Microsoft Teams Shifts App. I have exported the Time Reporting, but no paid hours show on the Final Time Clock Report or the Original Time Clock Report (It does show times clocked in and out and the scheduled shift times). Both the Daily Total and the dated Total tabs in the report are empty.

I just discovered that the Daily Total and Total Time tabs contain a pivot table, and the tables are generated only if you Enable Editing on the downloaded spreadsheet. In my case, enabling editing was the key in populating the data. Hope that helps!

We just recently noticed this as well, but looking back at some exports, discovered that the Daily Total and Time Total worksheets were blank all the way back to January 2020.
