Hi, I'm experiencing problems with Desktop Screen Sharing.
This is not the commonly reported (and answered) Application Sharing flicker, which incidentally works without issue, but occurs specifically when sharing the whole desktop. I don't see the issue on my side, its only on my colleagues side who cannot view the screen for any duration due to this issue.
I'm using teams version 1.4.00.2879.

Hi, Daniel.
Sincerely appreciate your quick response. Thank you.
Unfortunately however this didn't seem to fix the issue. I tested it with a colleague and the issue remained after we both cleared the Teams cache. It did however reset the Dark theme to Light, which I think I'll stick with, so not all bad :D.
Thanks again for trying.
I wondered if it was the resolution, or refresh rate, my laptop screen is 240zh at 1080p and my second monitor (main when docked) is 60hz at 4k, I set the refresh rate of my laptop screen to 60hz to match but to no avail.
I have also tried disabling GPU hardware acceleration but all results in no effect to my colleagues.
My internet connection seems like it should be ok to handle this.

Hi
My name is Daniel. I am an independent advisor.
Could you please ask your college to reset the MS Team app and see how it goes.
