Whiteboard

As a school we have started to use Teams more than previously for online learning.  Teachers want to use Whiteboard to demonstrate things during online lessons, but they cannot access Whiteboard through Teams.

I have checked the Licences - all okay for individuals and enterprise wide.

Have opened Whiteboard in Office365 but it times out - sometimes with an error, but not always.

Any ideas would be appreciated, please.

    Hi comnuts,

    Many thanks for the quick response.

    Whiteboard is definitely turned on for all members of the organization.

    When I try to open a WhiteBoard the "error" is showing as:  Teams Reference Id: d21a6a31-32f6-4f7f-81de-7e5d1a73e412

    I have also noticed that the Whiteboard tab does not appear in Teams, either.

    All staff have A3 licences and the app is available through Office.com

    Microsoft Whiteboard has to be enabled for your organization - https://support.office.com/article/1caaa2e2-5c1.... Was this done?

    You mentioned there were errors at times, do you have messages of the error to share?
