Linux MS Teams automatically exiting full screen

Hello,

I would like to ask question about brand new MS Teams (I am running on Linux, Ubuntu 20.04). It works almost perfectly, but there is one problem. When I enter full screen mode during a meeting, then sometimes MS Teams automatically exits full screen mode. I tried it on my Windows (because I have dualboot) and there MS Teams works perfectly. Any idea what could help me?

Thanks.

This ist definitely a Bug. I run MS Teams on two Ubuntu Machines and this behaviour was Standard from the beginning.

Please fix this, it is very annoying!

I have the same problem and deleting the cache didn't solve.

I deleted files from every folder you listed (and also deleted app cache) and the problem persists.

    Hi Pavol,

I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

Please try clearing ms teams app cache and see if that helps, go to these folders and delete files from each folders:

    ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft Teams/Application Cache/Cache

    ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft Teams/blob_storage

    ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft Teams/Cache

    ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft Teams/databases

    ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft Teams/GPUCache

    ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft Teams/IndexedDB

    ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft Teams/Local Storage

    ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft Teams/tmp

Also, please make sure that you have the latest MS Teams app installed on your Linux device.
