When I upload a document to my whiteboard how do I enable others to write on it?  I'm hitting the invite button to invite them and they still can't write on it.  I can write on it but they can't.

Thanks.  Concerning which whiteboard I'm using, once I hit share, I see the whiteboard to my right.  I'm not using this one.  I click desktop and then I open up the whiteboard app icon that I downloaded onto my desktop.  I then create a new whiteboard, insert menu, pdf, then I browse and select the document that I want.  (pdf or word document)  Once inserted, I go to the upper right hand corner where I see 3 circles, the person, the bw, and the 3 lines.  I select the person and it says invite someone.  I invite them and give them permission to edit, selecting "can edit."  And from here, they still can't write on the document, only I can.

    Hi Vincent,

Based on your description, I assume you are using Whiteboard app directly instead of in-app Whiteboard in Teams. To my knowledge, if you invite the other participants and give them "Can edit" permission, they'll be able to write on the whiteboard. So please make sure they have the permissions to edit in the whiteboard.

While if you have granted the right permission for them but the issue persists, may I know what the type of the document you uploaded to whiteboard is?

    Regards,

    Marvin
