Teams.exe - Application error

Question

2 Of my colleagues came to me wit ha problem that they're laptop keeps crashing. 1 of the pop ups that they got was "Teams.exe - Application error".

Are the crashes teams related? if so, What can I do to stop that from happening?

From your mentioned description, once can we re-confirm from your side that which operating system users are using for Teams? Is it Windows 10 or Mac or any other?

We assumes that users are using Windows 10 OS for Teams, if yes, once please go to below mentioned path and after that, copy and paste Teams folder in another location on PC.

• Press Windows + R keys > type AppData > click on OK and go to C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft

After performing above action, please download and install again Teams application on desktop and see the result. Please close all other applications to identify such result. Here is the URL link to Download Microsoft Teams

On the other hand, please try to double verify that if users can use Teams application on different web browsers side.
