It is no longer possible to link Microsoft accounts, please refer to:

What you could do instead is to create an alias and logon with that alias:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12407/microsoft-account-change-email-phone-number

her is the problem , I'm working at IBM (my professional mail is chouiekh.adil@ibm .com); So to access to the learning platform and got courses and certification, I must connect with a personal account (anonymized@USER ), this allow me to put all my learning hours in our internal platform and got to certification

all my colleagues in IBM have this , I have it just 2 days before, but I delete it and when I want to relink it I got the error
