Hi,
I'm having trouble accessing my team from the desktop app, and repeatedly get this Error code – caa7000c when trying to sign in. The same problem does not occur on either web or mobile app. On screen it tells me to sign out and back in or restart the program, neither of which resolves the problem. Online I have found only suggested solutions to errors "caa7000a" or "caa70007", and so far nothing has helped: I have tried clearing the cache folders, uninstalling and reinstalling, but get the same error afterwards.
I'm on a windows 8.1 laptop using a 64-bit client. Also I have more than one teams account, and the problem occurs ONLY on one of them, on which I have been invited as a team member/guest. I don't know if this could suggest that the problem is admin-side.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi TueSJ,
Thanks for your posting.
To narrow this issue, you can try to new a windows profile to see if the problem is admin side. For your reference: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-10...
