I'm trying to connect and download files from SharePoint and using SharePoint connector in logic apps.. I'm unable to download files which are more than 100mb.. is there any limitations to download files whic are more than 100mb using logic apps SharePoint connector?

Yes, currently by design 100MB is the max size of file that can be downloaded by SharePoint action.
I am currently working with the content author to see if we can add a note for this limitation in our documentation for the Sharepoint connector.

Hello @K, Kumaresan , glad I could help.
I did reached out to the team internally regarding this limit. As it is a a system-wide message size limit for Logic App, currently there is no plan to increase this limit. The SharePoint connector team did mention about an option of enabling chunking support to download large files, but it is still in early stages of discussion and it is not planned yet.
