Managing sound and video settings during Teams meetings and calls

It sounds to me that it is an intermittent issue and should be auto-resolve later. If you still see the issue after 24 hours then we need to report this issue Microsoft product group. Unfortunately, as a community advisor(not Microsoft staff), I don't have access to the user's account, so it's difficult to further investigate this issue.
To report the bug, Follow these steps: Select 3 horizontal bars > settings > Help & Feedback > Report an issue.
