Auth_Roadblock_Auth_Strap Error

A week or so ago we have many of our employees saying they cannot access Teams anymore. Slowly each day, we have more users saying they cannot access it either. When they go to sign in they get "We're sorry - We've ran in to an issue". After trying a few times to login they eventually get the Auth_Roadblock_Auth_Strap error at the bottom. We have tried to clear the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams folders, reinstalled teams, reverted to an older version, re-sign in to Teams (doesn't ask for a password and just signs in anyways), and nothing has changed the outcome. Is there anything else I can try or is there a fix for this so we can get these users back to using Teams?

Users are able to use the Web version just fine. There are no entries in Windows Credential Manager that refer to Microsoft Teams.

Hi tjlems I'm Sergio, it's a pleasure to help you.

You need to isolate the problem causes:

    1. What happen if they use the Teams web app (preferably the last update of Edge or Chrome)?
    2. Remove all Teams entries from the Windows Credential Manager, after it, you should uninstall the Team app, remove all cache files and reinstall the app.

Credential Manager lets you view and delete your saved credentials for signing in to websites, connected applications, and networks.

    a. To open Credential Manager, type credential manager in the search box on the taskbar and select Credential Manager Control panel.

    b. Select Windows Credentials to access the credentials you want to manage.
