Problem with Word document inside Teams assignment

Hi!

I've tried reaching someone about this but to no avail. So I'll try to explain my problem here.

As part of an exam today, I had to modify a Word document inside an assignment by filling in the letters corresponding to the correct answers.

Example: Are teachers mentally challenged?

a. Yes

b. No

c. Some of them

Answer: a, b, c

For one such question, the answer was written as "a, c, e, f, g, h, i, k, m".

After checking 3 times, I turned in the assignment, aka the exam, only to find out this question was marked wrong.

After reopening the turned in assignment I noticed that after the document fully loads, the lletter "i" changes to "j". I have a short video i made with my phone but I don't know if I can upload it here.

If you're asking yourself why I'm taking the time to write all this is because a question with a million answers shouldn't cost me a full point out of 10 because a letter changes by itself.

    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

This is a peer-to-peer support forum meaning I'm just fellow regular MS Team forum users like you who are trying to help other MS Team forum users with their MS Team issue. So in this case, I'm Non-Microsoft Staff I don't have access to your account nor I'm authorized to do so. I hope we can have a mutual understanding from the beginning to prevent misunderstanding.

As a fellow MS Team user, I understand how frustrating it can be.

So as an alternative, I suggest you upload the assignment files to OneDrive to prevent a similar issue from happening again: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/for...

    Kind Regards
