I've been trying unsuccessfully for several days to add a member to a team I own. Each time I try I get the error "We ran into an issue. Please try again later"
The domain is @ga-asi.com
Thanks!

Daniel,
I get the same error in the web version.
Option 1: I'm trying to add the user as a guest.
Option 2: I don't believe I have Azure, just the Business license.
Pat
Sergio,
I don't believe I have AAD, is that Azure Active Directory?
I'm just using the M365 business license.

Hi
My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.
I'm wondering whether you are experiencing the same issue when using MS Teams online.
Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:
Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer?
If you are not experiencing the same problem when using MS Team online then please reset the MS Team app and see how it goes. Please visit the following article and refer to the section, under the "Windows: Clear Teams Cache" section. https://www.uvm.edu/it/kb/article/clearing-teams-cache/
However, If the problem still persists as an alternative you can try these two options below.
Option 1: Adding members via admin center
Please reach out to your admin and ask him/her to follow these steps:
Option 2: Adding members via the Azure portal.
Please refer to the following article to guide you to manage users via the Azure portal: https://tech4us.medium.com/managing-users-from-the-azure-portal-8d917fb2647d DISCLAIMER: There's a link above from the non-Microsoft website. Hi, I'm Sergio, an Independent Advisor and Microsoft Team customer just like you, and it's a pleasure to help you.
This issue occurs when the value UsersPermissionToReadOtherUsersEnabled is set to False in AAD. To correct the issue, change this setting to True.
