According with the did test, it seem that your app has an user dependency, you will need to verify the code to solve it.

I created a Viva Connections custom app several months ago and uploaded it to MS Teams. The app works fine for me. I have added the app to a few others to test and they receive a 404 File Not Found when they click the app icon They have the same policies assigned as I do. What could the problem be that is causing the error for those users?

Hi PLD_SFB. Can you try to access using other user from one of your devices? What happen?
Greetings.
I can access the app from my phone, my desktop, my laptop, any device that I have with no problem. But no one else can.
Hi PLD_SFB, I'm Sergio, it's a pleasure to help you.
Maybe there is a local file that the app need and can locate it in your device, but other users cannot access it.
Can you use the app from other device with your user to isolate the cause?
Greetings.
