Uploading .mp4 files to an assignment - error code

Hi 

I'm new to Teams and I'm just getting to grips with how to set class assignments.

I have looked at previous threads and it would appear that students should be able to upload .mp4 files to their set assignments. I have been having issues with this, however. When students have uploaded their files, an error message comes up afterwards, prompting them to remove and try again. This is a regular issue. Can you explain to me why this might be happening?

    Hi McGuinnessT,

    Based on the description, issue might be related to network or file size. May I know what is the .mp4 file size they are uploading?

    Can they upload any other files such Word/Excel without any issue?

    Moreover, please provide us with detailed screenshot about the issue for further analysis.

    To post screenshot, please refer to steps below:

    On the top ribbon, click on Insert Image, and then Choose File to browser the picture to upload.

    Click Upload.
