Teams folder isn't syncing properly

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

Our Folder in Teams isn't syncing properly.

This is for the Teams Desktop App, that’s not syncing properly with OneDrive.

One of our user is the one with the issue. She had no problem yesterday, but when she got to the office that’s when her folder was missing. I’m seeing there was a nationwide Teams outage last night. Might this have had something to do with it?

    Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

    May I know if this is happening with all folders? Kindly check with Teams on the Web if it working properly. Since this is happening with Teams desktop app kindly clear Teams cache:

    1. Sign out on Teams > Quit Microsoft Teams by right clicking the icon and select Quit.
    2. On your keyboard, Hold Windows key and Press R
    3. Cut and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams in the RUN then OK.
    4. Delete the contents of the entire folder.
    5. Restart Device > Restart Microsoft Teams > Sign In.
