Shared Notebook Alert Notifications

Hello,

My supervisor has created a Shared Notebook for our team which is housed in our MS Teams group and wanted to know if there was a way that I can set up Alert Notifications for every time the Shared Notebook is updated?

    Hi Tasheka, i think that the only the note creator can enable that, since its a shared notebook.

    Hello Igor,

    I tried following the steps in the post link you sent me (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/onenote-notifications/97bbb0cb-a4d7-44ed-a3c5-8bb0751fe4d8) but I do not have the option to select any of my notebooks. Please advise?

    Yes, it should be installed on the corporate computer.

    Hello Igor, thank you for your reply. How or Where do I locate the OneDrive for Business on my computer? Is it located in the computer Start Menu?

    At first look I suggest you to take a look on the advices from this post

    To enable the notification in OneNote, you can go to OneDrive for Business > click Return to classic OneDrive in the lower left corner>click Settings (the gear menu )in the top navigation bar > turn Ribbon On>choose the folder you save notebooks in > FILES > Alert ME > Set alert on this document.
