I am the IT literate one on the team but couldn't solve this.

MS Teams feed has disappeared so on clicking 'Chat' or 'Teams' there is no feed. User cannot see who has sent messages and currently has to click the Notification icon and go through the list one by one.

I have looked in Settings and in Help but cannot resolve.

Told her to turn it off and turn it on again but that doesn't seem very fitting.

Any solutions?

    Hi Angie

My name is Daniel. I will be more than happy to assist you.

As a fellow MS Community forum user, I understand you need assistance to solve this issue.

I'm wondering whether you are experiencing the same issue when using MS Teams online.

Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:

    1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as the only recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    3. Then try to log in.
    4. Go check the issue again

Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer?

If you are not experiencing the issue on the MS Team web app then please reset the MS Team app and see how it goes.

Please visit the following article and refer to the section, under the "Windows: Clear Teams Cache" section. https://www.uvm.edu/it/kb/article/clearing-team...
