Sharepoint Missing Channels during Sync

On share point I can see a number of Channels within a team. However when viewing through microsoft Teams I do not see all the channels. for example one channel called Engineering_01 is not present. I can independentally replicate the Engineering_01 channel, but that then creates a separate directory structure on ,my home drive.

In Teams the search function does not even find the Engineering_01 channel.

I have checked the DETAILS and they look identical to an adjacent chanel which does sync.

Any ideas?

Thank you

Rich

    Hi Onepot,

    Greetings

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community Forum.

May I know where and how you created the channels in question? Have checked using Teams on Web? try to use Teams on the web to see if the issue reproduces.

Do you have permission to access the channel in Teams for this could be a permission issue? Please check the permission, you can remove and add the permission back again.

You can also clear Teams cache and check again if the channel will appear when you search:

    1. On your keyboard, Hold Windows key and Press R
    2. Cut and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams in the RUN then OK
    3. Delete the contents of the entire folder.
    4. Restart the device and Microsoft Teams and sign in.

    Let us know the result.

    Kind regards,

    Simbarashe
