error code - caa20004 teams

Dear Sir

I have 2 accounts to Microsoft Teams.

No problem with my personal account but the other account for the purpose of company use I can not log in out of nowhere from today.

What should I do and how to solve this problem?

Plz advise me step by step cuz I know next to nothing about computers..

    Hello!

    I have a problem when I try to login session in Microsoft Teams. 

    The error code is caa20004. 

    What can i do?
