Can't edit post or thread suddenly

Question

Dear Sir,

I had been the admin of one group for about one year. Yesterday, I edited one of my new post (conversation) due to spelling error. It showed "Edited" version in my account. However, it still showed "Old" version in other team members' accounts. After evolving some times, it indicated "Edited error" of that conversation in my account too. However, this problem happened in random channels while editing was still allowed in some old channels. In the same channel, my admin account cannot edit any post while other team member can edit their post. It was extremely confusing and troublesome. Most importantly, all the new channel that I created now not allowing me to edit the post.

What can I do to sort out this problem? I did try different way to prove it and still exists but no problem for my team members to do any editing in all channels.

Urgently urgently need your help!

Could you please ask the team owner/admin to remove and re-adding you again to the Team then see how to goes from there.
