J'AI INSTALLÉ LE PACK OFFICE 365 (abonnement PRO) et l'application TEAMS ne peut fonctionner (toutes les autres oui)

    Got the same issue. Have done the following:

    • cleared caches
    • reinstalled
    • reinstalled a earlier version
    • removed licences with the tool
    • installed auto-updater and turned off auto updates
    • changed password through admin portal

    This issue occurred from around Mid August. Hasnt worked since.

    My web client is stuck in a login loop and wont sign in.

    When i install a older version it works, until it auto updates, then it blows up again

    The issue is a conflict in the groups you are assigned to. I had lots of roles assigned to me and somewhere along the line they stuffed up. The roles were reset and some omitted, and it worked fine after that.

    That seems to be the issue, and the fix for me anyways

    You may try to clear the Teams client cache to check this issue: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache

    In the meantime, also try Teams web client https://teams.microsoft.com/ to see whether you can sign in without any issue.
