Assignment keeps showing up

I am using the latest update of microsoft teams. On the assignments page, it shows me an assignment after I clicked "turn in." It shows up there with a check mark. It is under the "assigned" tab and not the "completed" tab. The other ones were ok but this one isn't. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

    Hi

    My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

    Could you please follow these steps below to reset MS Teams app :

    • Close [/code]Microsoft Teams[/code] (Check out if it appears in the Windows toolbar and closes it).
    • Copy and paste the following path Windows File Explorer:

    %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams

    • Delete all contents in that folder > Re-start Microsoft Teams
    • Sign in

    However, if the problem still persists then please reinstall MS Teams Desktop app by downloading the app from the following link:
