What is the commitment of blob storage RTO, RLO and RPO

  1. Recovery Time Objective (RTO) - How soon the service will be available to users
    • Can we say that RTO of the Azure Blob Storage is 0 hours and No failures, if not then what is the RTO of this.
  2. Recovery Level Objective (RLO) - Priority of services that will be restored, is it all of them or some of them
    • Can we say that RLO of the Azure Blob Storage is 100% and all service will be always available, if not then what is the RLO of this.
  3. Recovery Point Objective (RPO) - backdated- most recent data that will be available after the service is restored
    • Can we say that RLO of the applications (Dynamics 365 CS , PowerApps Portal and Azure Blob Storage ) is 0 and no data will be lost, if not then what is the RPO of this.
  4. How will client be able to access the backups and what is the process

    Typically has an RPO of less than 15 minutes (no SLA).
    Typically has an RTO of less 1 hour (no SLA).
