Remove the lock

I created a channel for a few of my students and their interpreter.  How do I remove the "lock" so that the interpreter has access to pin students

    Thanks for posting here, I’m very willing to help you.

    For the “lock”, do  you refer to creating a private channel, so if you want to remove the lock, please create a standard channel instead. Also may I know how do you pin student in channel, do you mean to pin a channel or something else, as shown below, can you provide us a screenshot so that we can provide further help for you.
