Accessing Microsoft Teams using organizational or personal credentials

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for my late reply since I out of office some days.
As you used VPN and the it works on Teams web app in your mobile, it couldn't be related to the network environment but associate to the device, you can try to clear the Teams app cache to check if it is workable. Besides, did you use Microsoft Authenticator App currently ? If yes, you can update the app and sign in Teams again to check the result.
