    Hi Mia,

There is a possibility that the organizer is clicking on "request to join"/"Invite people" explicitly multiple time during a call. It triggers call notification to participant.

Nevertheless, as basic troubleshooting, you could try to clear the app cache and see if that helps:

    1. Manually restart the app by right-clicking the icon in your dock (Mac) or taskbar (Windows) and selecting Quit.
    2. Go to File Explorer, delete any of the files in the following locations:

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\databases

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\cache

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\gpucache

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\Indexeddb

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\tmp

    1. click the app icon to open it again.

    Regards

    Nik

we had this issue with one of our users

turns out they had logged into Teams in the Chrome web browser and had enabled desktop notifications

so whenever she had Chrome open, she'd get duplicate notifications

Turning off notifications (click padlock next to URL when logged into Teams in Chrome) solved the issue

So usually when some one calls on your Teams client, you will get a default Microsoft Teams call notification. The issue here is i m seeing multiple notifications for the same call.

    Any suggestions ?

    Hi Mia,

I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

To understand the issue, could you please provide me with little more information? If you have a screenshot that will be helpful.

    Regards

    Nik
