Azure purview standing charge?

Question

We have setup azure purview both in our own and client tenant and based on monthly cost figures showing on the portal it looks like there is roughly a minimum cost of £300 per month. On our own tenant we did 1 scan upon setup only and the charge was around £302 on a client tenant we did 1 scan per week across several sources and it was £307 per month. So scanning seems cheap but how is the £300 per month derived as its really not clear that's the case from the pricing page for Purview?
