According to your description, it seems that you cannot see Include system audio in Microsoft Teams.
If so, may I know if you are using Teams in Windows? If not, we’re afraid that you may not use this feature, for now, we only support this feature on Windows devices.
If you are using Teams in Windows, you can join the meeting > then you can click Share in your Meeting control > then you can choose to select Include system audio. For more details, you can refer to this article:

For your concerns that you want Microsoft to make the default to include system audio, we’re sorry that it doesn’t meet your requirement,
