Hello I cant watch video which the teachers upload video in teams. It says that download but I click download then video doesn't download why>? Last semester I can watch video easily and also on my telephone I can... but this semester not(

    I did what you said but when I click the video to download > open new page and said like that: 

    can't reach this page

    eu-api.asm.skype.com took too long to respond

    Try:

    • Checking the connection
    • Checking the proxy and the firewall
    • Running Windows Network Diagnostics

    ERR_TIMED_OUT

    Are you experiencing this issue when using a mobile app? If yes then please follow these steps below:

    Log out from your account > uninstall MS Team app > Restart your phone > Please go to App store for IOS users or go to Play store for Android users > Reinstall MS Team app

    However, if the problem still persists then please download the video from MS Teams online.

    Please follow these steps below:

    1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    3. Then try to log in.
    4. Download the video.
