Log out from your account > uninstall MS Team app > Restart your phone > Please go to App store for IOS users or go to Play store for Android users > Reinstall MS Team app
However, if the problem still persists then please download the video from MS Teams online.

- Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
- Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
- Then try to log in.
- Download the video.
