Creating tutorials

Hi,

If you don't want to normally restrict access to your Meetings but need to occasionally record videos as tutorials you can do this by holding a meeting via Calendar. How do you then share this recorded video without having to use Stream as it adds another step. Is there any other way of restricting access so you can create training videos?

    Hi Kirsten,

Thanks for posting in the forum.

I can see from your description that you want to record a training video without using stream to view/download it. Currently, it’s by design that the recorded meeting will be automatically published to stream.

I totally understand that it would be more convenient if we can export/download the meeting video directly without publishing to stream. You can vote this feature in our UserVoice thread to share your idea. This is the best way to let us hear your voice. Your feedback will help us perfect our products and services.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Best Regards,

    Sherry
