I don't hear any sound from the teams calls of my Mac, I cant hear anything that anyone says. Help?!

Also, please go to System Preferences > Security and Privacy > under the Privacy tab > Microphone and un-assign Teams the permission. Reboot your Mac, then re-assign the permission to see if there is any difference.

Firstly, I would suggest you follow the below basic troubleshooting to avoid common issues due to app cache:
For windows user:
• %AppData%\Microsoft\teams
For Mac user,
“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/
Besides, you could access 'Teams Web App' https//teams.microsoft.com, use "Use the web app instead" option to open teams in a browser and check the outcome. It will help to isolate the issue with the desktop app.

i've tried it with just the Mac audio and with my airpods, neither have worked
