Dekstop remoto errore 0x204

Question

Buongiorno, il desktop remoto con la linea dell'ufficio funziona ma con la rete 5g dell'iPhone 12 non funziona, da errore 0x204, ho attivato tutto ma non riesco a risolvere.

1.Is it working for MacOS but not working for iPhone?
2.What's the exact error message?
3.What's the version of your RD client? Can you reinstall the RD Client and check if the issue still occurs?

Buongiorno, scusate ma sono stato fuori e non ho avuto la possibilità di rispondere. Credo di aver compreso il problema, per poter utilizzare il desktop in remoto bisogno comprare una VPN o aprire una porta nel router per la connessione in remoto, quest'ultima non consigliata per ovvie ragioni. In rete l'app funziona benissimo senza nessun tipo di problema.
