A guest that I added to a Teams site is suddenly unable to view files. The error she's getting is:

This item might not exist or is no longer available. ID3035: The request was not valid or is malformed.

The item is in Teams and I have no issues accessing it.

    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

Sounds like the guest access has still not turned on from the backend, please refer to Nik's advice in the following article:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/for...

    Disclaimer:

Please note, this is a peer-to-peer support forum meaning I'm just fellow regular MS Team forum users like you who are trying to help other MS Team forum users with their MS Team issue. So in this case, I'm Non-Microsoft Staff I don't have access to your account nor I'm authorized to do so. I hope we can have a mutual understanding from the beginning to prevent misunderstanding.

    Kind Regards

Thanks, Daniel, for your reply. The user has been able to view files before without any issues. This only happened today so I'm not sure if it's the same issue as you described.
