Hi, I have a problem... so when I minimize my teams call window to present, my mic does not have the unmute option (it is not enabled), and neither is the camera option. Is there any way I can fix it?

When you said "says sharing only, and this time it does not even show the mic or camera".

Could you please share with me the screenshot of the issue? Please blur out the info you consider as personal.

    Kind Regards

Could you please check these two things:

    • On MS Teams app click your profile picture at the top of Teams, then Settings > Devices. Under MIcrophone, Please make sure you select the preferred microphone,
    • On MS Teams app click your profile picture at the top of Teams, then Settings > Devices. Under Camera, Please make sure you select the preferred camera and see a preview of that camera's video.

    Kind Regards

Hi, after following all the steps, when I try to share my screen, the small window on the left (which is the call window minimized), says sharing only, and this time it does not even show the mic or camera... anything I can do to fix it?

    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor and consumer of Microsoft products, I will be more than happy to help you.

Could you please follow these steps below to reset MS Teams app :

    • Close Microsoft Teams (Check out if appears in the Windows toolbar and close it).
    • Copy and paste following path Windows File Explorer:

    %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams

    • Delete all contents in that folder > Re-start Microsoft Teams.

However, if the problem still persists then please reinstall MS Teams Desktop app by downloading the app from the following link:

    Kind Regards
